WUP (Warming Up)

still in malang city. few days ago, i was wrote a new challenges for next 1-5 years. and this WUP(warming up) is one of them. i promise that i can make my body ideal. start from wup, sit up, plank, push up and other. also reduce some greasy food.. :) keep istiqomah
